Butcher

Experienced butcher required to join the Butchery Department in a friendly community Supermarket in Cromwell, Central Otago. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and storing meat, cutting and preparing meats to specification, and maintaining food safety standards.

Requirements

• Recognised butcher qualification
• 3 years' experience in butchery
• Proven track record and passion for quality
• Familiarity with food safety standards
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Sound work ethics

Benefits

• Weekly pay rate of $33-$35 per hour
• 40-hour workweek with Tuesday to Saturday workdays and Sunday and Monday off
