Job Description
As a People & Culture Advisor, youâll support people leaders and Owner/Operators with practical HR and employment relations advice, contributing to people-focused projects and improving HR policies and practices.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of contemporary HR processes and New Zealand employment legislation
- Demonstrated experience in providing guidance on performance management, ER, and investigations
- Experience supporting and delivering People & Culture projects
