Job Description
At Fora, we're looking for an Area Facilities Manager to support our Senior Facilities Manager and Technical Services Manager in creating, monitoring, and advancing key facilities-related policies and company Health & Safety arrangements.
Requirements
- A Levels
- Other relevant professional qualifications
- RICS qualified or equivalent
- Good all-round knowledge and experience of Facilities Management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Previous experience in managing outsourced subcontractors
