The company is seeking a Head of Advisor Success, Fora X to mentor, lead, and champion top-performing advisors, while strengthening relationships across clients, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a travel advisor and/or agency owner
- Proven track record of building and managing a successful team of travel professionals
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to lead with empathy and navigate challenging conversations gracefully
- Established relationships within the travel industry and strong product knowledge
- A positive, proactive leader and team player who builds trust with ease
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively
