Job Description
Fora is looking for a Senior Manager, Training Strategy & Operations to own the strategic and operational backbone of Fora's training function. The role is responsible for ensuring that all training meets a clear quality bar, is launched with strong operational rigor, and is continuously improved through data and experimentation.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of total professional experience
- Experience designing and implementing operational systems from scratch
- Experience leading cross functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and data fluency skills
