SVP, Director of Project Management

Forbright Bank is seeking a Senior Vice President and Director of Project Management to oversee the effective execution of new project initiatives and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Bank. The role requires a strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry, leadership experience, and project management certifications.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 12 years of directly relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
• Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
• Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
