Virtual Bank Teller - FULL-TIME

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while exhibiting dedication to Forcht Bank's mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

• Take a proactive approach to determine service needs, suggesting appropriate services to customers and generating sales leads.
• Assist and engage customers with financial transactions via two-way video conference.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
