Requirements

• Create and manage steady-state and transient test cycles
• Execute hardware, calibration, and controls development tests
• Develop new standards and processes for software, calibration, and hardware sign-off
• Manage instrumentation and data acquisition systems
• Schedule cell upgrades, Unit Under Test (UUT) changes, and hardware durability tests
• Oversee the full data lifecycle
• Generate detailed reports and maintain rigorous documentation
