Product Designer

Ford is seeking a Product Designer to join the Digital Product Design team, responsible for envisioning and creating simple, thoughtful, enjoyable, and compelling product experiences for customers. The ideal candidate will lead the design of features and improvements of products, working closely with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI product design
• High performing prototyping abilities (e.g. Figma, Protopie or similar)
• Exceptional visual design skills
• Portfolio outlining design process and visual craft is required
