Thermal Systems Engineer

Join our dynamic and agile team pioneering Ford's EV future as a Thermal Systems Engineer. You will lead the design, development, and integration of fluid-based thermal management loops and define detailed thermal and hydraulic performance specifications for individual components.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience with thermal management systems, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics
• Knowledge of high-voltage battery and power electronics systems
• Proficiency in thermal modeling and simulation tools (e.g. ANSYS, CATIA)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
