Job Description
Our client is a diversified Saudi group with operations across regulated and non-regulated sectors. The organisation is strengthening its governance and legal oversight. The Executive Director will oversee all legal, compliance, and governance matters across the group.
Requirements
- Senior legal leadership experience within large organisations or groups
- Strong knowledge of Saudi legal and regulatory frameworks
- Arabic fluency is highly preferred
- Board-level advisory experience is a strong advantage
