Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer will carry full P&L ownership and overall responsibility for the group's strategic direction, operational performance, and long-term growth. This role will lead the transformation of the organisation into a more structured, performance-driven, and scalable enterprise.

Lead the transformation of the organisation, define growth priorities, portfolio strategy, and capital allocation, strengthen leadership depth, improve operational discipline, and drive commercial excellence across all business units.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating in Saudi Arabia or similar GCC markets
• Strong commercial acumen, governance awareness, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with family offices or boards
• Leadership maturity and cultural awareness
