The Chief Executive Officer will lead the next phase of operational scale, execution maturity, and commercial performance across a nationally distributed business. The role oversees multi-site operations, commercial growth, workforce alignment, transformation initiatives, executive governance, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of experience in large-scale operating environments.
- At least 5 years in senior leadership positions such as CEO, COO, Country Head, or leading significant business units.
- Demonstrated accountability for Profit and Loss within operationally intensive organizations.
- Proven experience in managing extensive workforce populations and distributed operational models.
- Exemplary executive presence when engaging with boards, shareholders, or governance entities.
- Experience operating within Saudi Arabia, the GCC, Africa, and globally is highly preferred.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is desirable.
- Particular interest in leaders who have: Led operational transformation at scale, managed customer-facing service or infrastructure-heavy businesses, built strong executive teams and succession depth, stabilised performance while maintaining growth momentum, operated effectively in founder-led, family-owned, shareholder-led, or institutional environments.
