Clinical Services Support

Clinical Services Support role in forensic mental health sector, responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of initiatives to strengthen Prison Services.

Requirements

• Relevant postgraduate qualification and extensive post registration experience in forensic mental health or a related clinical setting.
• Holds a relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in criminology, health administration, project management, or a related field (for non-clinical discipline).
• Experience in working within complex operating environments, ideally across health and/or corrections sectors.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to mental health consumer recovery and contemporary forensic mental health practice.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to develop high-quality reports, proposals, and effective stakeholder relationships.
• Proven leader with experience supporting change management and service development, able to work autonomously while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary and leadership teams, aligned with Forensicare’s values and objectives.
• Qualifications, knowledge, experience: Registered Nurse RPN5, Psychologist Grade 4, Social Worker Grade 4, Occupational Therapist Grade 4, Non-Clinical Discipline (HS8)
