Job Description
As a Cloud Operations Engineer at Forescout, you will be responsible for the operational health of Forescout’s cloud platforms and customer-facing services across both commercial and federal (FedRAMP/FastRAMP) environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Production Support, DevOps, SRE, or Technical Support roles supporting live environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting Azure-based cloud services in production.
- Experience troubleshooting customer-impacting issues, including working directly with internal or external customers.
- Familiarity with incident response, ticket-based workflows, and operational handoffs.
- Solid fundamentals in Linux, containers, and basic networking.
