Requirements

• 5+ years in pre/post-sales customer roles
• Strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to support large, complex enterprise customers
• Experience delivering outcomes in asset intelligence, visibility, compliance, and security
• Background in one or more of these areas; cyber security, networking, or infrastructure software
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and relationship management skills
