Job Description
Forge Biologics is seeking a Scientist II - Manager to lead laboratory experiments and protocols for upstream process development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cell culture techniques, bioreactor operation, and project management.
Requirements
- Senior-level technical contributor and subject matter expert for upstream systems and process strategy
- Independent management of multiple projects or client programs simultaneously
- Leadership of process development activities for early- to late-stage programs
- Design and execution of complex DoE studies
- Mentorship of junior scientists and associates
