Job Description
Forge Health is a mission-driven outpatient mental health and substance use provider seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals in need through an innovative practice.
Requirements
- Valid, unrestricted license in Pennsylvania as a LCSW or similar credentials
- Additional licensure and/or certifications preferred: CADC/LCADC, EMDR, or similar
- Masters Degree in Social Work or a similar field
- 2+ years working with MH and SUD populations
