Trade Operations, Analyst

At Forge, we're looking for a Trade Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Trade Operations Analyst, you'll be responsible for overseeing transactions on the Forge platform, ensuring compliance with internal requirements, and collaborating with management to optimize trading processes. This role requires adaptability, a willingness to learn, and a determination to add value through high-quality work and thoughtful insights.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in operations, consulting, finance, accounting, fund management and/or law.
• Superior critical thinking skills and demonstrated success working in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and verbal/written communication skills.
• Comfort performing in fast, high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• SIE and Series 99 to be obtained 90 days from date of hire
