Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Pack Assembly

Form Energy is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our pack assembly area. The ideal candidate is a technical expert in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Lean principles, possessing the project management prowess to navigate complex product launches and knowing how to advance the manufacturing design effectively.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• 1-3 years of experience leading an engineering team
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing equipment procurement, setup, and commissioning
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Demonstrated experience in a process engineering capacity
• Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of a manufacturing project
• Exceptional organizational skills
• A solid technical background
