Form Energy is hiring a Process Technician to support operations engineering team. The role involves engineering projects, new process deployment, and continuous improvement in partnership with production teams. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong demonstrated mechanical aptitude for manufacturing equipment and processes
- Experience monitoring processes in an assembly, production, or related industry
- Capable of identifying and troubleshooting problems independently
- Proficient in digital documentation
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic electrical competence desired but not required
