Job Description
Form Energy is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development, integration, and launch of automated manufacturing systems for its Iron-Air multi-day battery. The role requires a manufacturing engineer with deep automation expertise and strong process development fundamentals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Proven experience launching automated equipment in a production or pilot manufacturing environment
- Strong foundation in process development, experimental design, and statistical analysis
- Hands-on experience with automation systems including robotics, sensors, vision systems, and industrial controls
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving NPI environments
- Strong technical communication skills and the ability to influence decisions across teams
