The company is looking for a Staff Mechanical Engineer to join its Operations Equipment team to serve as a primary technical authority for tooling that enables manufacturing scale-up.

Requirements

• Architect tooling and fixturing strategies for fully semi and fully automated assembly lines
• Lead the design and integration of sophisticated pneumatic and hydraulic control systems
• Drive the validation and deployment of novel tooling solutions
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to identify and mitigate hardware risks
• Own the technical resolution of complex mechanical challenges on the factory floor
• Mentor junior and senior engineers in mechanical design best practices
