Job Description
Form Energy is hiring a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electronics to lead the development and execution of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for all electronics assemblies, ensuring suppliers meet rigorous standards for PCBA, SMT, and complex box builds.
Requirements
- Typically 7–10+ years of related work experience in new product development of electronics (PCBA, SMT, thru-hole, and electronic box builds)
- Deep expertise in PCBA manufacturing and the industrialization of custom electronic assemblies
- BS in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- Proven ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways, demonstrating both depth and breadth of knowledge in electronics manufacturing
- Ability to network with key contacts outside of your own area of expertise to drive organizational-level results
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
