Staff Manufacturing Engineer, Tape

Form Energy is a rapidly expanding manufacturer and energy technology company focused on innovative battery technology for renewable energy storage. They are seeking a Staff Manufacturing Engineer, Electrode Processing to support their rapid growth by designing and scaling electrode manufacturing processes. The role involves process scaling, process development, and equipment commissioning in an early-stage cleantech environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with process engineering in a pilot line or fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated track record of equipment purchasing, commissioning, and testing
• Proficiency with statistical methods for process development
• Familiarity with calendering, drying and slitting processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
