Client Implementation Manager

Role Overview

The Client Implementation Manager will be responsible for the successful on-time delivery of Form Health solutions for clients and partners. This role involves project management, knowledge of healthcare program integrations, and requires strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary point of contact through the implementation process, manage client needs, develop project plans, collaborate with stakeholders, and monitor systems after launch.
