Requirements
- Work with new and existing customers to implement platform features and manage client processes
- Learn the architecture and design of the platform to complete updates, enhancements, and change requests
- Lead onboarding & activities, including requirements gathering, data analysis, and quality control
- Assist ongoing operations for a portfolio of existing customers and implement new features
- Scope, build, and test automated workflows, processes, and reporting capabilities
- Support design projects including analysis, financial modelling, project planning, customer workshops, and presentation
- Hire, guide, and coach a team of Analysts, Associates, and Managers
- Act as the main point of contact for senior customer stakeholders
- Articulate customer feedback and support the development of new product features
