Founding Designer

Founding Designer will play a crucial role in shaping and communicating Formal's story by owning UI/UX, visual design, branding, and video production. They will develop intuitive designs, create engaging visuals, and drive branding consistency across Formal's brand identity.

Requirements

• Experience in product or brand design, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industries
• Standout portfolio showcasing UI/UX designs, marketing assets, and brand design
• Strong proficiency in Figma for UI/UX, prototyping, and graphic design
• Skilled in marketing design (social media posts, banners, promotional materials)
• Solid foundation in design principles, typography, and color theory
• Quick learner, eager to dive into new ideas and tools
