Job Description
Formic is seeking a Robotics Software Engineer to join their Software Engineering Team. The team builds and operates the systems that power Formic's Robotics-as-a-Service platform. As a Robotics Computer Vision Engineer, you will design and implement perception systems for advanced robotic platforms, develop 3D perception pipelines, and integrate perception with manipulation and control systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in computer vision for robotics or autonomous systems
- Strong background in 3D geometry and multi-view perception
- Experience deploying CV systems on real robotic platforms
- Proficiency in Python and C++
- Experience with PyTorch or similar frameworks
- Experience with ROS and real-time robotic systems
