Ecommerce Engineer (Shopify)

We're looking for a Senior Ecommerce Engineer to design, enhance, and maintain our digital landscape, including eCommerce, CRM, Marketing, and Sales/Service applications. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer building eCommerce or digital platforms for a B2B business, with expertise in Shopify B2B, Shopify Apps, and enterprise integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer building eCommerce or digital platforms for a B2B business
• Proven proficiency and experience in Shopify B2B, Shopify Apps, Shopify Functions & Extensions, and Shopify APIs from a back-end perspective in a headless context
• Experience and understanding of enterprise integration and the complexities of integrating Shopify, Salesforce, ERP, and DWH in a fast-moving business
• Data savviness: ability to write SQL queries from scratch, and knowledge of data warehouse concepts and tools
• Experience with software development and deployment tools: GitHub, Gearset, Kubernetes, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and the ability to learn and implement new technologies quickly
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
