Facilities Coordinator

At Formlabs, we're building the tools that make it possible for anyone to bring their ideas to life. As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll support the Global Head of Facilities and Real Estate Planning by managing day-to-day operations across our Somerville campuses, ensuring smooth building operations and rapid response to facilities needs.

Requirements

• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and work autonomously
• Experience working with third-party contractors to properly scope and price small-scale jobs
• Ability to research and properly scope projects based on ambiguous requests
• Understanding of basic building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and access control
• Exceptional organizational skills to keep track of multiple concurrent requests and repairs
