The successful candidate will work closely with leaders across the business to find talented professionals passionate about delivering results for customers. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, providing a best-in-class candidate experience, and driving improvements to enhance and scale recruiting practices.

Requirements

• Full-cycle recruiting experience with marketing and/or sales roles
• Experience recruiting for engineering roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to craft unique, effective messaging to candidates
• Experience in executing employer branding projects
