Job Description
Formlabs is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support the company's Marketing and Sales departments. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, alongside training hiring managers and improving recruiting practices. The company is experiencing significant growth and aims to be a leader in the 3D printing industry.
Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience with marketing and/or sales roles.
- Comfort navigating ATS (Greenhouse), CRM (Gem), and Google Sheets.
- Experience recruiting for engineering roles.
- Bias for action and solution orientation.
- Strong communication and written skills.
- Data-driven approach.
- Ability to connect and build relationships.
- Experience executing employer branding projects (Bonus).
