Job Description
Formlabs is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to lead a growing team and expand their Japan business. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing large accounts, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and be comfortable with the challenges of scaling a B2B sales team. Requirements
- 5+ years in sales roles
- Proven experience managing $5M+ in revenue
- Proven experience working with large customers in Japan
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
- Humble and coachable
- Effective communication skills
- STEM degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- Willingness to travel domestically
