Job Description
Formlabs is seeking a Manufacturing Automation Engineer to own the technical performance and process flow of their Billerica production site. The role involves troubleshooting, automating, and optimizing production processes to improve site throughput and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- 2+ years in a production environment, ideally involving additive manufacturing or high-tech hardware
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electro-mechanical equipment
- Experience optimizing workflows or layouts for high-mix, low-volume production environments
