Mechanical Engineering Manager

Formlabs is looking for a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead and develop their rapidly growing team of talented mechanical engineers. The successful candidate will have strong domain knowledge and skills, with experience managing a team of engineers and a proven track record of delivering quality mechanical engineering work. The role involves managing a team, organizing and prioritizing work phases, hiring and building the mechanical engineering functional group, and influencing product strategy.

Requirements

• Expert mechanical engineer with strong domain knowledge and skills
• Experience managing a team of engineers

• Ability to communicate fluidly across technical domains
• Experience developing complex technologies from early stages through production
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
