Requirements
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills and experience in operations management
- Ability to work cross-functionally and present to C-suite
- Strong financial, contract management, strategic planning, and quantitative analysis skills
- Experience developing and managing budgets, including capital budget justification
