Operations Program Manager

The Operations Program Manager will play a critical role in scaling the production of Formlabs' 3D printers and ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations in the Shenzhen Bay area.

Requirements

• Lead NPI programs for new 3D printers and accessories
• Develop and execute comprehensive manufacturing plans
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Proactively manage risks and issues
• Communicate program status and updates to stakeholders
