The Marketing & Data Analyst I role supports the Polyolefins Business Division by driving data-driven initiatives and strategic analysis, leveraging databases and source information to analyze trends and identify performance gaps through specialized visualizations.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in related fields
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics or related field
- Advanced proficiency in data manipulation, scripting, and statistical analysis
- Proven expertise in developing ETL pipelines, process automation, and high-impact data visualizations using Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy, usability, and integrity
- Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
