Job Description
Formosa Plastics Corporation is seeking a Process Engineer I to support the plant's daily operations and comply with production, quality, safety, environmental, and budget goals.
Requirements
- Observe and monitor unit process conditions
- Solve process problems as they occur
- Provide engineering support for shift and day personnel
- Monitor products quality and adjust process conditions as needed
- Develop procedures and checklists for safe and effective operation
- Issue Management of Change (MOCs) or B1 Projects for process changes and improvements
