Human Resources Generalist -Bilingual

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, payroll processing, data entry, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in human resources, with knowledge of HR laws, practices, and procedures.
• Must be bilingual, English/Spanish
• Experience in payroll and data entry strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with ADP payroll software or related HRIS system.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus.
