Digital Test Manager role at Formula 1, responsible for leading and improving the digital QA and UAT strategy, governance, tooling, and partnerships. The role involves defining, documenting, and maintaining the digital QA strategy and governance model, owning and evolving the QA charter, and overseeing cross-product, cross-partner test planning.
Requirements
- Experience in digital QA/test management, with a strong track record of building or transforming QA practices
- Hands-on experience in a Test Manager/QA Manager role with ownership of test strategy and governance, tooling selection, rollout, and usage
- Strong understanding of test management tools, Jira, and real-time bug capture tools
- Ability to define non-functional requirements and shape appropriate test approaches with partners
- Experience in media, streaming, live events, or large-scale consumer digital products, ideally in a high-traffic, high-visibility context like F1
