Requirements
- Greet and serve guests using the CORE 4 model
- Maintain personal knowledge of the Chick-fil-A brand and menu items
- Take orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter
- Prepare and package food orders for catering and in-store orders
- Check orders for product quality and consistency
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures
- Work with fellow team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Model and support clear communications between the front counter and kitchen staffs
- Carry out instructions given by leadership team and operator
