Requirements
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting food in a safe, quick, and efficient manner, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen at all times
- Working safely around kitchen equipment and reporting any maintenance issues to the kitchen manager
- Maintaining personal knowledge by completing internal training, including annual recertification, staying up-to-date with new products
- Carrying out instructions given by the leadership team and operator
- Working with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
