Job Description
Forsite is looking for an IT Specialist to join their team in Salmon Arm, BC. The IT Specialist will provide technical support and contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Forsite’s IT systems and infrastructure. The position requires experience in an IT support or systems administration role, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and hardware support.
Requirements
- Be living within commuting distance of Salmon Arm, BC (or able to relocate)
- Experience in an IT support or systems administration role
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Experience configuring and supporting computer hardware and related systems
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and support workflows
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
