FORT is looking for a Technical Product Content Lead to own and create high-quality content for their physical AI safety platform. The role involves creating product and release documentation, knowledge architecture, in-product guidance, and more, using AI and strong editorial judgment.
Requirements
- A portfolio that shows range: docs, in-product copy, API references, video scripts, interactive guides
- Experience with technical platforms: hardware, developer tools, industrial automation, or safety-critical systems
- AI in your daily workflow: not as an experiment, as a core part of how you work
- Strong editorial instincts: have pushed back on engineers who wanted to ship a spec dump instead of a clear explanation
