Customer Success Engineer (US based, remote)

Fortanix is a data-centric cybersecurity company that needs a Customer Success Engineer to lead business and technical design workshops, design and implement their platform, drive product adoption, and ensure customers are successful. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Professional Services and strong technical skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recent Customer Success Engineer or Professional Services experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong technical skills, with experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, and encryption technologies like HSM, KMIP, PKI, JCE
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
