At FORTÉ, every role plays a part in reimagining how the modern workplace works. The Field Service Technician will travel to customer sites to provide scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repair service of their AV systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the service or installation of AV systems
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new technologies and basic troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to load code and DSP files including Crestron, BIAMP, and Q-SYS
- CTS Certification is preferred, but not required with the right experience
