Field Service Engineer

ForTec Medical is an industry leader dedicated to improving patient health through innovative surgical technologies. We're seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team, with a focus on customer service and technical expertise in medical equipment service.

Requirements

• Maintain, repair and calibrate surgical lasers
• Visually inspect, repair and perform calibration on equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment
• Inventory and order repair parts
• Follow proper safety procedures
• Maintain proper flow of information regarding laser repair
• Communicate with company Service Engineers, Operations Personnel, and Management
• Complete timely and detailed Service Reporting
• Participate in continuing education of new equipment
• Assist in training new service engineers
