We are seeking an experienced and proactive Cloud Engineer (L2-L3 IT Customer support) to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting IT infrastructure, including user hardware and software support, managing user permissions in Microsoft Entra ID and Office 365 Admin Center, and handling day-to-day IT tasks through a ticketing system.
